Science
Science Week fun!
We have all been super scientists this week investigating and hypothesising lots of different things! Ask your child what they have learnt during Science Week.
check out some of the experiments on this website below which we tried out in assembly!
This guy is very cool, we actually met him at the Science and Engineering Fair!
We kick started the week with a practical science assembly!
Reception Science Week! We had a great time with our Year 6 partners finding out about floating and sinking. We also had great fun mixing coloured powder paint with foam to see what would happen and melting chocolate to make little chocolate drops.
Year 3-Science week-We did a whole host of experiments including bringing a stick man to life, making marshmallow catapults and making our own fossils to name but a few!
Year 4 - We classified trees according to their shape, bark and leaves. We also made boats out of twigs, bark and leaves and tested if they could float.
Year 5 Science Week
Catapult victory! WOW!
The children designed their very own marshmallow catapult and made their own targets...this group had to get the marshmallow in the pot!
