Achievement at Binley Woods Primary School: Summer 2019
Reception: At the end of the children's first year in school they are assessed by their teachers against the Early Learning Goals, set out in the expectations at the end of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
In our school in summer of 2019, 80% of our children achieved a Good Level of Development compared to 70% in 2018
Year 1: In June children in Year 1 are screened using a phonics screening which a a requirement of the DfE.
In our school 75% of our Year 1 class in 2019 met the expected standard compared to 87% in 2018
KS1: In May children in Year 2 are assessed using the Key Stage One SATs. Our results are detailed below.
